Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Brahmin purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges of unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and attach it securely to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Include your original packing slip inside the box and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
